Holiday Inn Ashford - North A20 By Ihg, Ashford (Kent)

The hotel had spacious rooms with a separate alcove for children, offering a fantastic bath with shower over, and despite some noise from the road, it was amazing. The service was outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff who were attentive to our needs. The location was convenient for our purpose, just minutes off the motorway and close to Dover port. The dining experience was good overall, though some dishes were slightly disappointing. The hotel needs some updates, but the facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
